北面景色。

Working on drop ceiling in the large conference room. The drop ceiling seems too low for my personal preference. The light fixture in the middle is even lower than the ceiling.

2nd pic the corner conference room.

From east look toward the west, then reverse. The 3rd pic is NE corner looking toward the lobby.

I can almost reach the drop ceiling.  
Why so low?

Window curtain guard?

The chilled water pipe insulation material, and the fan coil box.

Partly insulated pipes.
And the size of the pipe reduce the further the pipe reaches.

Why some fan coils has 3 "holes" and some has none?

"嘩佬" to stop chilled water from entering the fan coil?
