Why so low?

I don't understand neither.......Do they want to flush the ceiling for all room? Can they move the lowest installation up to increase the headroom?

Even the window, is it necessary to flush the ceiling to the window guard?? Can a bulkhead be used??

They worker put small pegs between the tiles to maintain a small space between tiles, so the tiles can expand a bit.

This AC unit fans out 1:4.

The fire service work from nominated contractor. This pipe is yet to be cut.

Wiring closest. Quite a job to tell which is which.

AC work. Seem they lay the completely sealed metal duct first, then cut open the duct at the appropriate location for the AC outlet. The piece of metal on the floor is the cut out duct from above.

The large manager room. The AC ducting is not yet cut.

Outside the room the networking guys are wiring CAT5 cables, 24 cable at a time.
