There are a few things you can try, to improve the composition.
- For reflection pictures, try to keep the camera perfectly level. However you can level them afterward with software.
- The focus is likely somewhat on the snowy mountain & its reflection. It's place too much in the middle. Golden dissection generally works better. Even a slight shift would improve. Again you can do it later with software.
- The big rock at the bottom right could add interest to the picture. So you could step back, or lower your camera, to allow more of that rock to show at the lower right. This, however cannot be done with software.
