Just hanging out in Central yesterday and found that there was a LKF Carnival......
We walked up to SOHO and found a old barber shop with traditional lighting box and "Shanghai" style chair....
Walking down the hill and passed through the Victoria Detention Centre, a jail in the old days. This linkbridge made me think of Calle Scolastica in Venice.....
Central Police Station, just next to the Victoria Detention Centre. The pedestrian is so narrow that you may feel the pressure of the building if you walk along there.
Just a few steps up there is a public market, which is rare now in Business District like Central. The second photo is a shop famous in "stockings milk tea".
Oops....some models were taking pictures at Rocky Road
After we walked down the hill, we went to the Court of Final Appeal......and I saw those guys conquering Central......
Next to the Court of Final Appeal is one of the freehold land in HK, St. John Cathedral.......Taking this picture to contrast the old one and the modern one
Down from St. John Cathedral, we went to Chater garden then the ex-Legco......this picture looked like a TV serial.....
Is our legal system being squeezed?
A symbol of Capitalism is looking at those opposing it......
We decided to go TST after this random walk by ferry....so we passed-by the bridge and took a shot of the apple shop.....it is really like an altar....
A snapshot on the ferry......
A look back to the Central from TST ferry terminal......and concluded the random walk.....
Nice photos.
Mucho improvemento from the time you just got the camera for the Taiwan trip. ;D
BTW I passed the Occupy Central last week, and there is one cause that I totally agree with them - to hell with MPF!
