參考網友圖文並茂的詳細路線介紹，由長宏邨寮肚路的北面入口出發，走到青衣西路的南面入口，只需 1.5 小時

沿途可眺望汀九橋、青馬大橋等景點，剛巧黑雨後放晴，視野還不錯。

行走於青衣自然徑時，發現指示牌路線頗為不夠清晰，且沒有製作單位的標誌，與慣常的郊野公園指示牌由郊公園管理委員會製作有別。原來，全長 4 公里的青衣自然徑是由新鴻基地產斥資 1,700 萬元重建的，於2003年05月啟用。難怪，自然徑遠較一般郊野公園行山徑落本，有不少假木欄杆和假石，而地圖就不夠專業。網友自製的地圖則更為清晰。

自然徑設有一些健身設施，且有不少分岔路。這裡也是觀賞日落及青馬大橋夜景的熱點，但全程沒有街燈，加上未知治安情況如何，若夜遊要非常小心。

交通：

可在青衣城乘搭 248M 巴士到尾站長宏邨下車，或可以在瑪嘉烈醫院乘 407 專線小巴。下車後要走約 5 至 10 分鐘才到青衣自然徑北面入口。在青衣城乘的士到長宏邨寮肚路，直達北面入口約 $20。自然徑該處設有流動洗手間。

走到青衣自然徑南面入口離開時，在青衣西路有不少車輛供選擇。我們 乘搭了308A 小巴，由深井碧堤半島到青衣，收費 $6.5。

Thanks, Chan Man!  I am thinking to go there on next week.  We should arrive there around 5p.m.  Find a good place and wait for the 'magic moment' till 6-7pm.  Anyone interested to go?  How about Wednesday or Thursday? ;)
