Yep, most of the air ducts are now pre-fabricated off-site, as the dimensions of the fan coil units are quite standard.
It seems that the screeding is quite thin and the reinforcement bar should not be exposed when you chase the screeding. Maybe the contactor can use the ceiling more for cable routing, or use 20mm dia. conduit only for cable containment on floor.
What is the fitting out period?? How long did they start the work?? Seems they still need 2 months to complete the work at least.....
